Update: Millington Avenue Gas Main Break
BGE is making rapid progress in restoring natural gas service to customers in the Carrollton Ridge and Mill Hill communities. Crews are moving quickly through 4 specific work zones. Once BGE has completed their work at a citizen's residence they will leave behind a notification. They will also provide Baltimore City with a list of locations where plumbers can be sent to inspect and turn on appliances. Specific plumbers will be assigned specific addresses. If a customer is not home when the plumber arrives, a hang tag with the plumber’s telephone number will be left for the customer to arrange entry for the plumber.
A plumber should arrive at a home that has received a BGE notice within 24 to 48 hours.
