Music, Education, Wildlife Presentation and More at Dam Jam 2012
Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Towson Arts Collective Co-sponsor another Great Water Event
Baltimore City Department
of Public Works Director Alfred H. Foxx announces Dam Jam 2012, a celebration
of the region’s shared drinking water reservoirs that includes a day of water
education, artists, educators, live music, historical re-enactors, native
wildlife presentations and more!
Cosponsored by the City of Baltimore, Baltimore County
and the Towson Arts Collective, Dam Jam takes place on Saturday, September 22, 10
a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Willow Grove Nature Center
at Cromwell Valley
Park in Towson, located at 2175 Cromwell Bridge Road and at the nearby
Loch Raven Dam on Loch Raven Drive. Admission
is free, and attendees are urged to bring chairs, blankets and picnic baskets
to spend the day.
