WHEN: Friday, March 22, 2012, 7:45 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.

Press should meet Public Works staff at the Gwynns Falls Trail entrance sign, located off of Washington Blvd., just north of the 95-S entrance ramp. Press should arrive at that location at 7:30 and will be escorted back to the site.
