Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 1.56 acres and is located at the intersection of Ford Lane and Fieldcrest Road. The project will consist of construction of 24 new fee-simple single family attachments (townhomes) with an associated drive/parking lot. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by provision of an underground filter system for 1.05 acres (0.35 acre impervious), and payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.51 acre of this project.
