Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.13 acres and is located in various locations throughout the Jones Falls and Baltimore Harbor Watershed. The project will consist of the rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer lines, sewer house connections, and existing sanitary sewer manholes. This project will return the disturbed area to predevelopment runoff conditions. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.13 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.13 ac of this project.
