Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 6.08 acres and is located in the following roadways: Glenoak Ave, Royston Ave, Glenmore Ave, Carter Ave, Alta Ave, Moyer Ave, Fairdel Ave, Birchview Ave, Mayberry Ave, Everall Ave, Brook Ave, Pinewood Ave, Rosemont Ave, Cedonia Ave, Fleetwood Ave, Ashley Ave, Belford Rd, and Ridgeview Ave. The project will consist of digging up and replacing existing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 6.08 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The Applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for this 6.08 acre project.
