Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.149 acres and is located west of the intersection of W Baltimore St. and Kinsey Ave. The project will consist of impervious removal and construction of a rain garden and microbioretention area. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.149 ac of this project.
