Crews from the Baltimore City Department of Public Works are conducting leak detection work in the vicinity of Light Street and East Baltimore Street. The task being performed is to determine the location of a water main leak that had caused flooding in the basement of a nearby building.

While this work was slated to only be conducted  from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., some of the cleanup operations extended into this morning's rush hour traffic. That will not occur during the remainder of this work.
