The Baltimore City Department of Public Works today announced that the Customer Support and Services Walk-In Center, located in the Abel Wolman Municipal Building, will go back to regular working hours (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) on Tuesday, October 15, 2019. This is the location where citizens can go to discuss water billing and related water utility matters.

Hours were extended in May to assist customers with transactions that were disrupted by a ransomware attack. Now that operations have returned to normal, the need for such hours is no longer required. The Call-Center, however, will keep its extended hours (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) until further notice. The Call-Center can be reached at 410-396-5398.
