DPW Releases Proposed Rules Guiding the Implementation of the Water Affordability Law

The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) has released proposed rules and regulations to facilitate the implementation of the Water Accountability and Equity Act. These draft regulations address customer service and support for water, wastewater, and storm water billing.

The public has until Thursday, June 4, 2020, to review and comment on the proposed rules. Acting DPW Director Matthew W. Garbark will consider public input before finalizing the proposed rules.
