The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) reminds residents and stakeholders that June 4, 2020, is the deadline to submit written comments on proposed rules and regulations to facilitate a key portion of the Water Accountability and Equity Act (WAEA). These draft regulations address customer service and support for water, wastewater, and storm water billing, and focus on resolving water billing disputes. 

Acting DPW Director Matthew W. Garbark encourages you to share your input before the proposed rules are finalized. Click here to view proposed rules.
