The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.03 acres and is located in North Poppleton Street in between West Fairmount Avenue and West Fayette Street and in North Freemont Avenue in between West Fairmount Avenue and West Fayette Street. The project will consist of Conduit installation in both the streets.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for this project.
