The City of Baltimore Department of
Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s
application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply
with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Description: The
project has an approximate area of 0.77 acres and is located due west at the

The project will consist of demolition of the existing fueling station,
construction of a new single-story 7-Eleven convenience store with associated
parking, paving, signage, lighting and landscaping.
The Applicant is requesting a
redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets
the conditions for this waiver. The
project will provide water quality controls and impervious area reduction to
satisfy the requirements of this waiver for this project.
