The
City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and
comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted,
the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual
for quantity control.

The project has an approximate area of 0.49 acres and is located South West at

The project will consist of a Four-story apartment building and First Floor
retail with associated parking.
The
Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7,
§23-7 of the City Code. The existing
impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality
controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.21 ac of this
project.
