Application for Phased Development Waiver: Decker's Walk

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a phased development waiver. If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.21 acres and is located west of South Decker Avenue at the intersection of Dillon Street and South Decker Avenue. The project will consist of developing 6 townhouses along South Decker Street with individual garage parking.

The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code.  The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division.  Stormwater Management requirements have been met by a fee-in-lieu.
