Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.26 acres and is located north at the intersection of 34th Street, Hickory and Roland Ave. The project will consist of a new apartment building that will include nine units.

The Applicant is requesting a quantitative control waiver, in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the project directly discharges to a public storm system that can accommodate the anticipated stormwater flows from the project site without downstream flooding or stream-bank erosion. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative control (10 and 100 year control) for this project.

The Applicant is also requesting a variance in accordance with Article 7, Division II §24-1 of the City Code.
