Project Description:

The project involves the streets of an entire neighborhood. The project area is bounded by Northern Parkway (to the North), Woodbourne Ave and Laurelton Ave (to the South), Westfield Ave and Maretta Ave (to the East), and Beachland Ave and Birchwood Ave (to the West). The project will consist of installation of approximately 6,720 linear feet of new gas main. The size of the gas main to be installed, but will be 12” diameter for over high pressure and 16” diameter for medium pressure.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.36 acre of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.36 acre of this project.
