The Harbor Point Development site is located at the intersection of Lancaster Street and Caroline Street.. The proposed 6.90-acre development includes an office building, an underground parking garage, a public pedestrian plaza, and adjacent access roadways. Associated utilities and landscaping will also be provided. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water qualitative controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for this project.
