Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 1.75-acres and is located 725-feet north of the intersection with Sinclair Lane. The project will consist of the removal of existing building and paving and the construction of (2) single story commercial buildings with associated parking, (5) stormwater BMP facilities, and retaining wall. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality control to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.89-ac of impervious area for this project.
