The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a variance of Stormwater Management.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 4.72 acres and is located south of Windsor Mill Road at the intersection of Windsor Mill Road and Eagle Drive. The project will consist of ADA accessible parking and visitor parking improvements, outdoor safety lighting, and rain gardens.

The Applicant is requesting a variance in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §24 of the City Code to satisfy the remaining 546 Square Feet of impervious area that is required to be treated but is unable to drain to the ESD facilities provided.
