Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.55 acres and is located west at the intersection of Nanticoke Street and W. Ostend Street. The project will consist of 17 townhomes. The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management plan, previously approved by this Division.
