The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 4.1 acres and is located approximately 1600 feet east of the intersection of Cold Spring Lane and Greenspring Avenue . The project will consist of a new intercollegiate tennis center featuring 8 courts, a field house building with locker rooms and offices, and an 18 space parking lot.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by use of offset bank credits for 1.95 ac of this project.
