Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 2.6 acres and is located at the Quarantine Road Landfill. The project will consist of construction of a force main and non-potable water main and a temporary access road. The Applicant is requesting Variance in accordance with Article 7, §23-2 of the City Code for the temporary access road. The Applicant has demonstrated that the project is located on an active landfill. Stormwater management requirements for this site will be met as part of the final capping project for this site.
