Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of .76 acres and is located at S. Highland Ave., Eastbourne Ave. and S. Clinton Street. The project will consist of the installation of approximately 900 L.F. of sanitary sewer force main, 1500 L.F. of sanitary gravity main and new pumping station. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that .70 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for .70 ac of this project. The Applicant is requesting a variance in accordance with Article 7, Division II, 24-1 of the City Code. The site development is 2,613 sf and the fulfillment of the intent of this Division II will result in unnecessary hardship.
