Project Description (Garrison Boulevard): The project has an approximate area of 0.184 acres and is located on the easterly side of Garrison Boulevard, northeasterly of the intersection of W. Cold Spring Lane and Garrison Boulevard. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking.
Project Description (S. Kossuth Street): The project has an approximate area of 0.34 acres and is located on the northwesterly side of S. Kossuth Street, northeasterly of the intersection of Old Frederick Road and S. Kossuth Street. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking.
The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality and quantity control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for approximately 0.28 ac of this project.
