Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.43 acres and is located south at the intersection of N. Calvert Street and Federal Street. The project will consist of the removal of approximately 0.18 acres of existing impervious and the construction and installation of concrete footings for a future office building and parking garage.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.18 acres of impervious removal for this project.
