The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 4.10 acres and is located at the following roadways: E. Madison St. Vicinity: N Milton Ave, E Monument St, E Madison St., N Port St, N Patterson Park Ave; Aisquith St Vicinity: N Aisquith St., E Fayette St.; Old York Rd. Vicinity: E 43rd St, St Georges Ave, Kenilworth Ave, The Alameda, Belgian Ave, Wilsby Ave, 41st St, Elkader Rd, Cator Ave, Wyanoke Ave. The project will consist of replacing water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 4.10 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 4.10 ac of this project.
