The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.78 acres and is located on Bellona Avenue 100’ south of the intersection with Lake Avenue??. The project will consist of 3 detached single family dwellings.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality control and an impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.23 ac of impervious on this project.
