The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 3.15 acres and is located in the following roadways: E. Lexington St., Guilford Ave., N. Holliday St., N. Gay St., E. Fayette St., E. Baltimore St., South St., Commerce St., S. Calvert St., Grant St., Mercer St., E. Redwood St., & Water St. The project will consist of digging up and replacing existing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 6.08 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The Applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for this 6.08 acre project.
