Application for Redevelopment Waiver: 4600 Pulaski Highway

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.36 acres and is located northeast of the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Kresson Street. The project will consist of a building addition and removal of existing impervious surface.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.10 ac of this project.
