Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 34.33 acres and is located along Belair Road from the intersection of Cliftmont Avenue to the intersection of Shannon Drive. The project will consist of the upgrade and replacement of an existing underground gas distribution main and its associated services.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.23 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.23 ac of this project.
