The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.4 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Wyman Park Drive and Remington Avenue. The project will consist of utility work, building foundation installation, modular building assembly, playground construction, walkways, and parking lot improvements.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.52 acres of this project.
