Application for Redevelopment Waiver: Mulberry at Park

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.28 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of W. Mulberry Street and Tyson Street The project will consist of 7-STORY APARTMENT BUILDING w/ GROUND FLOOR GARAGE.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.10 ac of this project.

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.08 ac of this project.
