The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.72 acres and is located at 6320 Beckley Street in the Holabird Industrial Park. The site can be accessed from Beckley Street, approximately 420’ west of the Van Deman Street intersection. The project will consist of a rail spur from the CSX main line, a gantry crane, paved areas truck maneuvering and parking, micro bioretention facilities and a pad site for future building.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.05 ac of impervious, located at the site entrance, for this project.
