Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.26 acres and is located 6205 Blackburn Lane. The project will consist of construction of a single family dwelling. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control and water quantity control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality and quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.09 ac of impervious area for this project.
