If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.17 acres and is located west at the intersection of Falls Road and Morling Avenue. The project will consist of three (3) attached single-family residential homes with parking available off of a public alley. The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division.
