Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.43 acres and is located in the Frankford area of Baltimore City. The project will consist of construction of replacement of gas lines to increase reliability in the area. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.43 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.52 ac of this project.
