Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Applicant: Sterling 3617 Seven Mile, LLC c/o Menachem Taragin; PO Box 32160, Baltimore, MD 21282

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.680 acres and is located 450 feet southwest from the intersection of Park Heights Avenue and Seven Mile Lane. The project will consist of (1) story residential assisted living building and onsite parking.    

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.100 ac of this project.
