The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a variance to the Baltimore City Stormwater Management Ordinance 10-277.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.65 acres and is located opposite of the intersection of Portal Street, Beckley Street, and Tributary Street. The project will consist of a single-story 12,880 square foot commercial building addition with associated driveway. 

The Applicant is requesting a Qualitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The project has implemented Environmental Site Design to the Maximum Extent Practicable.  The required treatment volume has been met for the site; however, physical constraints preclude full treatment of the required site area.   The project is not treating 1963 sf.
