Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.98 acres and the projected area extends from Baltimore National Pike to Kensington Road between Westgate Road and Old Orchard Road, encompassing the parking lot through that corridor. The project will consist of the upgrade and replacement of existing underground gas distribution mains and their associated services.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.98 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.98 ac of this project.
