The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments of this project’s application for Redevelopment Waiver, and Fee-in-lieu.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.5590 acres and is located north of Sinclair Lane and in front of Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen and Giant Food Store. The project will consist of constructing a 1-story, approx 950 SF carryout Checker’s kitchen with outdoor sitting and parking. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide both water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.54 acres of existing impervious area redevelopment.
