The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for redevelopment waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.275 acres and is located on the southwest corner of S Patterson Park Avenue and Boyer Street. The project will consist of developing nine 3-story townhomes and a courtyard.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.005 ac of this project.

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu for 0.133 acres of this project.
