Application for Variance

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a variance to the Baltimore City Stormwater Management Ordinance 10-277.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.34 acres and is located north of the intersection of Rogene Drive and Goldenrail Terrace. The project will consist of a single-story residential building and associated driveway. 

The Applicant is requesting a Qualitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The project has implemented Environmental Site Design to the Maximum Extent Practicable.  The required treatment volume has been met for the site; however, physical constraints preclude full treatment of the required site area. The project is not treating 283 SF which will be covered by a fee-in-lieu payment.
