The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.38 acres and is located on Pulaski Highway between the BGE Highlandtown Substation and Kresson Street and along Lombard Street between Ponca Street and the Railroad property across from the Emergent Bio Solutions building. The project will consist of the installation of a 2’x4’ duct bank along Pulaski Highway and Lombard Street.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.38 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.38 ac of this project.
