Application for Quantitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 7.29 acres and is located east at the intersection of Asiatic Avenue and Northbridge Avenue. The project will consist of utility improvements and the construction of a small power generation structure and associated paved lot. 

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the entire 7.29 ac of the project has a direct, concentrated discharge of stormwater to tidal waters. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative controls for 7.29 ac of this project.
