The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.197 acres and is located northeast of the intersection of Ward Street and W. Ostend Street. The project will consist of the installation of three single family dwellings, open space, parking spaces, and water & sanitary utility upgrades, respectively.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.10 ac of this project.
