The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.14 acres and is located south of W. 41st Street along Union Avenue. The project will consist of a self-storage facility and parking.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls through the use of a underground stormfilter to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.46 acres of this project.
