The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.17 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Chapelgate Ln. and Overton St. The project will consist of installation of a 6 single family homes, driveways, concrete walks and associated stormwater management.
The Applicant is requesting a stormwater management waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The project will provide two ESD Micro Bioretention facilities and one 100yr stormwater management pond to treat 0.17 acre of impervious area.
The Applicant will satisfy the remaining area water quality and quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.14 ac of this project.
