The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.24 acres and is located east at the intersection of Terrace Glen and Duntop Road. The project will consist of a two-story single-family residential dwelling, shared driveway and removal of a portion of the existing driveway. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.08 ac of this project.
