Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for redevelopment and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.6 acres and is located SE of the intersection of Dock St. and Caroline Street. The project will consist of pavement removal, site preparation and foundations. 

The Applicant is requesting a Redevelopment Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 and §23-7 of the City Code, respectively. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.09 acres this project.
